2. Description of Service

ScoutHub is a professional football scouting and player management platform that enables users to:

• Manage player profiles and statistics
• Track transfer requests and leads
• Schedule and manage trials
• Organize calendar events
• Collaborate with team members within an agency

3. User Accounts

To use ScoutHub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to ScoutHub (player data, notes, images). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content within the Service
• Share content with team members you authorize
• Create backups for data protection purposes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including player images and personal data.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. When handling player data, you must comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable) and ensure you have proper consent to store player information.

7. Agency and Team Features

If you create or manage an agency:

• You are responsible for managing team member access
• You control what data team members can view and edit
• Removing a team member revokes their access immediately
• Deleting your agency will remove all associated data

8. Intellectual Property

ScoutHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScoutHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Subscription and Payments

ScoutHub may offer free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to applicable laws and our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through our account deletion process. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
